At Black Cat Cruises, our connection to the community runs deep. As a proudly local company, we believe in giving back to the people and organisations that make our region such a vibrant place to live and visit.
At Black Cat Cruises, we’re passionate about our local community and love supporting the people, events, and organisations that make it so special. We receive lots of sponsorship requests for community events, groups, and charities and we’re always happy to help where we can.
If you’d like to apply for sponsorship, please click the link and complete the form below. We review requests at the end of each month, so make sure you get your application in with plenty of time.
We give priority to local community causes and to organisations that have supported Black Cat Cruises in the past 12 months. Any complimentary passes donated will be valid for twelve months from the date of your event or fundraiser and can’t be extended.

The award-winning Black Cat Cruises is not only an acclaimed success in New Zealand's tourism industry but also internationally recognised as an eco-tourism pioneer. We hold the honour of being the first to introduce cruises in Akaroa, and we're proud to New Zealand's very first eco-tourism operator.
OUR LOCATIONS
Our Nature Cruises and Dolphin Swimming experience depart from the stunning Akaroa harbour which is only a 90 minute scenic drive from Christchurch. The Diamond Harbour, Quail Island ferry and Ripapa Island trips depart from the Lyttelton Wharf in Christchurch.
